A; Yes, once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Kindly check your e-mail after you place an order of a products for you will see a number to track your order on our website or the carrier’s website to track it successfully.

Q; What is your return policy?

A; If you wish to return a product, it must be packaged and mailed back to us. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Once we receive the package, we will initiate the refund. You can then place a new order for another item.

If a refund is approved the customer will need to return the product, it must be packaged and mailed back to us. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. A; Unfortunately, We do not offer refunds for buyer's remorse. Due to products being made-to-order just for you, with specialized designs we don’t accept returns. This makes the products-on-demand instead of in bulk helps reduce overproduction and waste, so thank you for making thoughtful purchasing decisions.
